• Baldwin Road is a 2100 ft Gravel Road
• All Parcels that are accessed by the Baldwin Road will be served by underground Power and Phone.
• Although Fiber Optic Cable is not available in Maine yet, we have installed a separate interduct in the Utility Trench to allow for easy installation when it becomes available.
• All homeowners will be required to join the homeowners association for the primary purpose of maintaining the road and general upkeep. Click here for the Deed Covenants.
• Garbage pick-up is not offered by the Village of Rangeley, homeowners will need to visit the Transfer Station to make arrangements to use the facility.
• Certain Parcels that have wetland impact will have the Driveways constructed to the build site; all other will have the very start of the driveway stubbed in.
• All Parcels have been Soils Tested by Main-Land Development of Livermore Falls, ME.
